Civia is a study app for the United States naturalization civics and English tests. It is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Homeland Security, or any government agency.
Nothing in Civia is legal advice. It does not tell you whether you are eligible to naturalize, how to answer Form N-400, or what to do about anything in your immigration history. For that, talk to an immigration lawyer or an accredited representative.
Question content is reproduced from the materials USCIS publishes. Some civics answers change with elections and appointments, and some depend on where you live. Civia shows the date each of those answers was last checked and links to the official USCIS page. You are responsible for confirming them before your interview. The officer wants whoever holds the office on the day you are interviewed.
Civia Pro is offered as a yearly subscription at $39.99, which begins with a 3-day free trial, and as a weekly subscription at $49.99, which does not include a trial. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. If you take the free trial and do not cancel before it ends, the yearly subscription begins and you are charged. Manage or cancel in your Apple or Google account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, not by us. Ask through reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play.
Use Civia to study. Do not resell it, copy its content into a competing product, or try to break it.
